Oak Daybed by Guillerme & Chambron
Oak Daybed by Guillerme & Chambron
Designed by Guillerme & Chambron in the 1960s, this French oak daybed reflects the duo’s instinct for sculptural simplicity and everyday utility.
This example is fitted with a custom Charles Beckley mattress and matching bunkie board, upholstered in Rose Uniacke’s mid-weight linen in “Mongoose.” The linen’s earthy tone complements the oak’s warmth, while the Beckley craftsmanship brings structure and comfort.
The daybed remains in good vintage condition, with light wear consistent with age.
