The following policies describe how Gallery Folly handles shipping, delivery, risk, and returns.

Shipping Policy

  • Shipping Arrangements: Gallery Folly is happy to assist you with shipping by providing quotes and recommending trusted carriers, including specialized white glove services for larger or fragile pieces.

  • Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are always quoted separately and are not included in the listed item price unless explicitly stated.

  • Your Options: You are welcome to arrange your own shipping or schedule free in-person pickup by appointment.

  • Risk of Loss: Once your item is released to your chosen carrier or agent, all risk of loss, damage, or delay passes to you. We strongly advise selecting insured shipping to protect your purchase during transit.

  • Liability: Gallery Folly is not responsible for any loss, damage, or delays incurred after the item leaves our premises. In the event of damage or loss during shipping, we will provide supporting documentation to assist with insurance claims through the carrier, but Gallery Folly does not assume liability.

  • Pickup & Storage: Please arrange shipping or pickup within 7 days of purchase. After 7 days, storage fees may apply. Items left unclaimed for more than 30 days may be considered abandoned and subject to disposal or sale unless alternate arrangements have been made with Gallery Folly.

Return Policy

  • Final Sale Items: All sales are final. Vintage, one-of-a-kind, consigned, and made-to-order items are non-returnable. This policy is designed to maintain fairness and reflect the unique nature of our curated inventory.

  • Exceptions: Exceptions for store credit may be granted only at Gallery Folly’s sole discretion, within 7 days of receipt and with valid proof of purchase. Such exceptions are rare and will be communicated in writing if granted. Store credit cannot be redeemed for cash.
